So my Slow Carb weight loss has ground to a halt at 25 pounds. Not the fault of the diet per se. Instead, the fault of a couple of holidays and an illness induced comfort food binge. However, the problem with Slow Carb is that it isn't easy to do when you are in a hurry or on the go.
We've done some cooking and prep work ahead of time, but at a time when you are sick it isn't easy to stick with. So I need to jump-start the diet and get rolling again.
