Diet - Day 1

My wife and I started a new diet on Tuesday. We would have started Monday, but we didn't get to the store until Monday night. Anywho, breakfast was a little broccoli with garlic and a grilled chicken breast. Lunch was the same. Dinner was black beans with shredded chicken and salsa. About 1900 calories and slow carb friendly.
